11.15.1 Problem Overview
The rotating machinery consists of an Inlet, Rotor, Volute and Outlet. Water enters the pump at a pressure of 101325 Pa. The pump is operated at 2950 rpm, with a volumetric flow rate of 0.028 m3/s. Figure 11.330 shows the geometry description and conditions for the rotating machinery.
