11.1 Cyclone Separator

The cyclone separator creates a spiral vortex, similar to a tornado. When the dirty air is fed to the chamber inlet, the heavier dust particles settle down and lighter dust particles rise due to inertia. The spiral vortex and the dust particles can be simulated using Simerics-MP.

This tutorial includes:
