The propeller template in Simerics-MP+ is used to perform simulations on propellers. This template assigns conditions and settings to the simulation using the model template. It can be used to run both Steady State and Transient Simulations on the propellers. The propeller performance parameters, such as Power, Torque, Advance Ratio (J), Torque Coefficient (KQ) and Thrust Coefficient (KT) can be evaluated. The same procedure is used for the propeller simulation of marine and aerospace applications.
